The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Cool Toys World will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.
Our REFUND is only in STORE CREDITS in your account; in which you can use it to purchase other item(s). NO CASH REFUND(s) APPLICABLE STOREWIDE.
WE WILL REFUND FOR THE COST OF GOODS, EXCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES OF RETURN/RESEND item(s).
We are committed to ensure the goods are in good condition prior to dispatch. Please check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of ordered item is incorrect. Cool Toys World does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.
If you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue you a Damaged Confirmation email and check the problem.
