Shipping Information:

For all in stock orders, we process them in 1 business day. We believe in fast shipping so you can enjoy your products faster.

For all preorders, we ship them out the same day that we receive them from our vendors.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.

Unopened - You can always return the products within 14 days after it arrives to your address. We will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from us will not be refunded). We can also be issued store credit instead of a cash refund.

Defect - If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect, we are happy to replace this item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we can work out the replacement item, refund, or other custom solution. We will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items.

Cancellation - You can cancel your order 3 days before it is shipped. We will give you store credit that you can apply toward future order(s). A 5% restocking fee may be applied to orders where a cancellation and cash refund is requested before they ship. (to cover our credit card processing fees). Orders that are cancelled or returned with a cash refund requested after 30 days from order placement may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
